PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY RECOMMEND SWAY AFTERCARE PRODUCTS. We cannot guarantee the quality of any SWAY hair extensions with other formulas. Aftercare products must be purchased at the time of the hair purchase, hair that has not got the SWAY Hydrate System on the original order will only be considered for a return if it is within 30 days of purchase. Any issues noted after this 30 day period will not be considered.
Please be advised if you are reporting your items as faulty and have SWAY Haircare on your original purchase, a full head return will need to be returned to SWAY HQ for further testing within 14 days of the form being complete. Any return outside of 14 days will be returned to sender and no further action will be taken, no exceptions.
This form must be completed in full with images by the account holder that purchased the product, if you are not the salon/account holder please refer back to them to contact us direct. We can deal only with the salon/account holder when communicating and inspecting any goods that they deem to be faulty.
