We’re sorry you feel that your hair may developed an issue or fault. Please complete the hair report form below, providing us with accurate information along with images of the haircare being used.   We will happily come back to you within 48 hours and try to resolve the situation faced.

 

 

Please be advised if you are reporting your items as faulty, a full head return will need to be returned to SWAY HQ for further testing within 14 days of the form being complete.  Any return outside of 14 days will be returned to sender and no further action will be taken, no exceptions.

 

 

Please be advised if the SWAY Hydrate System is not on the original order and outside 30 days; please refer to the agreed terms and conditions of purchase.  This form must be completed in full with images by the account holder that purchased the product.  We can deal only with the account holder when communicating and inspecting any goods that they deem to be faulty.
