We're sorry to hear that you believe your hair may have developed an issue or fault. Please complete the Hair Report Form below, and we will get back to you within 48 hours to help resolve the matter.

PLEASE NOTE: We only recommend SWAY Aftercare Products. We cannot guarantee the quality of SWAY hair extensions if other formulas are used. The SWAY Hydrate System must be purchased at the time of your hair purchase. Hair extensions not accompanied by the SWAY Hydrate System on the original order will not be considered for a return. Human hair is consumable during wear and therefore all concerns must be reported within 12 weeks, any concerns reported after this time will not be considered. 

For all concerns reported within 12 weeks of purchase, if the SWAY Hydrate System was included in the original order, the full set of extensions must be returned to SWAY HQ for testing within 14 days of submitting the Hair Report Form. Returns received after this time will be returned to the sender and no further action will be taken.

The Hair Report Form must be fully completed with images, by the account holder who purchased the product. If you are not the salon or account holder, please have them contact us directly. We can only communicate with and assess goods reported by the original salon or account holder.
