SWAY Nano Bond hair extensions are applied using tiny metal rings, with each bond featuring a soft silicone tip for a gentler, more comfortable alternative to traditional metal-tipped bonds. Nano rings offer a natural finish while minimising damage to your natural hair. Applied without heat or glue, nano beads are attached by threading your natural hair through tiny nano rings, also known as bonds or locks. The SWAY Nano beads can be reused and are ideal for individual use or can be seamlessly integrated with other SWAY Salon Professional methods, expanding the range of possibilities for your hair transformation.
As your natural hair will grow approximately 1.5 inches within 12 weeks, we recommend maintenance appointments every 8-10 weeks, the nano bonds will need to be removed and reapplied to prevent any damage to your natural hair.
How Are Nano Bead Hair Extensions Fitted?
Nano bead hair extensions are fitted using a discreet and damage-free method that blends seamlessly with your natural hair. Each bond features a tiny silicone tip, which is securely attached to a small section of your hair using an ultra-fine nano ring. A professional stylist will thread your natural hair through the nano ring, position the nano bond tip inside it, and then clamp the ring shut to hold everything firmly in place.

How Long Do Nano Bond Hair Extensions Last?
For you to maintain healthy extensions we only recommend the use of SWAY haircare. Nano bond hair extensions can last 6 to 12 months when correctly cared for.
We recommend you use SWAY haircare products to look after your nano tip hair extensions as the products are specifically designed to maintain quality and longevity.
SWAY recommends you avoid sulphate-based and alcohol-based products on your nano ring hair extensions. You should also try to limit your hair washes to once or twice a week and blow-dry your extensions thoroughly.
