How do I return an item?
To start your return or exchange, please use our returns portal here: https://returnsportal.shop/sway-hair-extensions.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused and in their original condition, with the security ties fully intact. Once your return request has been submitted through the portal, you will be guided through the next steps to complete the process.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
If approved, your return or exchange will be processed within 14 working days of being received at our warehouse.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns can be arranged through our returns portal, where you will be able to generate a return label. The cost of the return shipping will then be deducted from your final refund amount.
