Regional Account Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Account Manager at SWAY, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and developing strong relationships with both new and existing salon partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, delivering exceptional client support, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of brand initiatives. This role combines sales, relationship management, brand representation, and strategic growth planning.
Creative Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Content Coordinator will play a pivotal role in organising and coordinating our content, social media and gifting activity to support our agency. Rather than creating all content themselves, this role ensures every campaign, shoot and social initiative is delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with our agencies, internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure the brand remains progressive, relevant and consistently represented across every customer touchpoint.
