RETURNS INFORMATION

We are happy to accept returns within the 30 days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, it is essential that returned items must be unopened, in the original packaging and in original shipped condition.

 

All hair must be returned with the silver ties and security tag still intact. Failure to do this will result in the item being returned to you. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Any refunds granted will be actioned within 14 days on receipt of product to our warehouse.

 

Please note that any shipping costs to return the unwanted goods back to us will need to be covered by the customer.
