Refund policy

NOT QUITE PERFECT? HERE'S WHAT TO DO:


We are pleased to offer a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you. 

Salon Professional Deluxe Colour Rings, Swatches and Academy Courses are non-returnable / non refundable. 

Please note that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Refunds and exchanges, if approved, will be processed within 14 days upon receipt at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Shipping costs for returning unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked service.

A £2 fee is charged on a returned order to cover the cost of packaging and all used packaging is recycled on behalf of the client.
